Chris Brown, 26, will do anything for his precious daughter Royalty, 1, even if he has to beef up his security while on his “One Hell of a Nite” tour. The singer is preparing to face his baby mama, Nia Guzman, 32, in court in two weeks, and because he wants joint custody of Royalty, he will not let anything or anyone get out of hand while he’s on tour!
Chris has hired five new bodyguards to shadow him while on tour, according to TMZ. One of the bodyguards will reportedly keep an eye on his money and jewelry at all times, and he’s not letting anyone go backstage unless they personally know him. Wow. Chris is definitely playing things on the safe side. So why exactly is he being so strict about security? Well, since he’s fighting for joint custody, Breezy is reportedly worried that Nia will use any sort of misbehavior or incident against him, so he is taking precaution to avoid anything crazy happening.
Chris really seems to be thinking things through. Along with beefing up his security, he is planning to get joint custody by using Nia’s felon ex-boyfriend, King Ba, against her. Ba is listed as the father of Royalty on her birth certificate, and he is currently wanted by authorities in Texas after he allegedly committed forgery. Chris has even been downright terrified for Royalty’s safety in Nia’s house. Nia’s rep, however, told reporters that she has not been in a relationship with Ba for several months and that she has no criminal record. It might be a messy custody battle, but it seems like Chris is taking the right and necessary steps to get joint custody of his baby girl just like he wants!
